Firenze Girono 36

So the quest for the pants day 1 begun- I eagerly awaited the end of my day to go to Zara and find these pants. There are 2 Zara stores in Florence, oddly enough located right across from one another- so I went to the one I thought would have it- first. I pretty much ran in there, the security guard slightly looked at me strange, but that was ok, because I was on a mission

I looked on the first floor- fail

Second floor-fail

Then I found a sales associate! I showed her the picture on my phone of the pants and asked if they had them in store

No luck!

I couldn't give up now- perhaps I would have better luck in the other Zara store!

So I made my way across the street, once again running around searching for the pants

Nothing to be found!

I see another sales associate, so I repeat the previous process and she loves the pants, but questions if they are Zara (weird, I know...)

Anyhow, the manager was right beside her and took a look on my phone- he loved the pants too, and he never saw them before (at this point I am loosing hope, perhaps they just arent in the store yet- even though its in their May lookbook- they might deliver all throughout May? )

So the sales associate told me to follow her and we went floors down to the cash register. Where she asked a fellow employee about the pants while everyone in line for the register stared at me and wondered what was going on

The employee behind the desk said they aren't here (tell me something I didnt know...)

Then a lady in line said, they haven't been delivered yet

THANK-YOU lady in line (for pointing out the obvious)

The quest will continue tomorrow....
