Oslo, Morroco, Rio, Havana

These wonderful bead-loomed bracelets were created by Julie Rofman. The bracelets range in time taken from two hours to two days. Julie begins with a colour palette in mind and then goes from there, as she likes to explore how different patterns and sizes of beads make her creations work. The bracelets are as colourful and exotic as their names: Oslo, Morroco, Rio, Havana.
Her creations can be found at the Standard L.A and through her site.

Various Beaded Things

Native American Muesum, NYC

Diane Von Furstenburg Jacket

My Design

So summer is pretty much here and I am seeing all these lovely beaded things, I found an amazing site, Roarke NYC -which features a beautiful array of hand beaded necklaces, bracelets, and headpieces. The online store inspired this post and I decided to include the Paul and Joe bag I would like, my own personal pictures from NYC and loomed bracelet that I have made. I have a bad habit of buying beaded things, as they often need mending- I thank you mother for spending the hours to sew back on the missing beads :)
