What I Did Today

I was hired to take pictures for a friend whom is having an amazing trunk sale at the end of next month. She has collected things from all over the world, her things ranged from ivory to Tibetan prayer sticks and even a Ming dynasty ceramic pot (pictured). I fell in love with her entrance way doors, they were carved dark wooden doors from the far east. Her apartment was a penthouse unit, so as soon as I was finished I went for a swim- the last picture shows what a great view she had...and how nice the day was!

I Dont Give A Hoot
Stine Goya, a Danish label mixes quirky with chic. I love how off beat this dress is, an almost hidden owl on the front, and origami pleats on the back of the dress. This dress would be a great dress for walking through Central Park (aahh how I miss NYC...). Stine Goya was made popular, earlier this year, asUrban Outiftteres featured them as part of thier "Around the World" series. This dress also comes in a black and white print, however this coloured print is a bit more exciting.
