Porter Grey S/S '11

Porter Grey is an American contemporary sportswear collection, founded by sisters Alexandra and Kristen O’Neill. Building on versatile foundation pieces, Porter Grey creates beautiful garments infused with an urbane elegance and relaxed sophistication. I am in love with the grey jersey dress (last picture)

Kayne....in Celine?

During Kayne West's closing performance at Coachella-he decided to wear a silk shirt from the Celine S/S '11 collection. This isn't the first time that Kayne has given attention to the label. Phobe Philo (designer for Celine) was mentioned in his song, "Dark Fantasy", and I guess he likes the label so much- he decided to wear it! My personal opinion is that yes, he looks better in it- but its not the most attractive shirt either...

Simple and Elegant

Designers Barbra Boccara and Sharon Krief make up the label, ba & sh. They are lifetime friends whose aim was to create a label that they could wear everyday. Launched in 2003, ba & sh, follows trends and uses light fabrics to create easy to wear pieces that are both simple and elegant.

Bodkin S/S '11

Founded in 2008- Bodkin is based upon architectural modernism of good and smart design. Modern silhouettes, uneven hemlines, simple shapes, and urban chic make this label so wearable and everyday. In 2009, Bodkin was the inaugural recipient of the Ecco Domani Sustainable Design Award. I love this label because it is so functional from day-night, easygoing, and the khaki jumper is probably the cutest thing I've seen in a long time :)
for all those who don't know, bodkin is a dagger, hairpin, or sharp slender instrument used for making holes in cloth.
