We had a great evening at the beach and making turkey, plus a very (un)professional photoshoot at the beach for kicks and giggles!

X-Mas Vacation- Day 7

So I spent the better part of my day running around. My father arrived so we needed to get some things done and get groceries. Funny enough I think Provo is the only place you will see a reggae band outside of a bank along with food singing- " scotia bank, scotia bank- come in here and leave your money" -its not the best p.r I've seen, but I guess it's an effort!

Following groceries I borrowed a bike from a resort and visited my old place of work, a ceramics/ art studio. After catching up with everyone I walked the beach during sunset. The weather really hasn't been that nice, so it was a bit chilly. 

In the evening, my mother and I went to the casino (and this is the start of my rant)- 

Dear young American boy tourists:

Yes you may be wearing seersucker pants, your initials embroidered on your popped collar shirt and you leather loafers tied, but that doesn't mean that makes you special. You see, in America, you may not be old enough to get into a casino, therefore you feel more inclined to "show off" here in Provo......

Well- people playing blackjack find it a bit annoying when you try and teach others how to play the game, you see- this sets off the table ever so slightly. Perhaps you should watch the movie "21" a couple more times and stop acting like you just came from Vegas.

First Day on the Beach

First day back home on the beach, it was so nice! Not going to lie, I felt a little pale from the lack of sun I was getting in Italy, hopefully I will gain a little colour back soon. My swimsuit is from an Italian designer, Cherie's Flakes . Each suit is handmade and assembled with no stitching!
